These AluChef pans are made of cast aluminum and have an extremely durable, PFOA-free non-stick coating on the inside. The exterior coating of each casserole dish is a high-temperature enamel coating embedded in silicon. The entire AluChef series is compatible with induction devices. Also perfect as buffet system pans.
Optional: AluChef GN1 lid, transparent (not included, available in the shop) These lids are made of tempered glass with steam outlet and black silicone edges and black handle. For even more efficient use to monitor the cooking process and protect all food in buffet systems.
